COVID-19 Policy - Stay with Confidence

Hillside Lodge is committed to providing you with a safe environment by actively monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the WHO, HSE and Irish Government and will continue to respond based on recent advice.

We endeavour to keep our guests, staff and family safe and give you the peace of mind to relax and enjoy your stay in our home.

Here are the procedures we have put in place:

+ Hand sanitising facilities will be in place in various places through out the property.
+ We won't shake your hand, but you will always receive a warm Hillside Lodge welcome. 
+ The payment for your stay will be made remotely, using the bank card you have supplied with your reservation.
+ Our cleaning standards in bedrooms and public areas has been enhanced ensuring touch point surfaces have been diligently sanitised.
+ For guests staying and staff that prefer the additional protection of face masks, we have them available at all times.
+ Decorative bed items (bedspreads, patterned cushions) will be removed. All rooms offer hygienically cleaned fresh linen.
+ All windows in bedrooms will be opened for full airing throughout the day and on departure of a guest.
